Nanny Share

Nashville has blossomed into one of the most "it" cities in the Nation! It has been said that there is an average of 85 people moving to this beloved city per day! We have been meeting with families from Los Angeles, New York City, Washington D.C, Chicago...you name it, they are moving here! East Nashville, Sylvan Park, 12 South have all seen an enormous amount of growth in the last few years. Our gorgeous suburbs, Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville are building more communities to house even more beautiful families. Families are moving to Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Cane Ridge, Mt Juliet, Hermitage...the list goes on and on.

The Greater Nashville Area is full of amazing private preschools, Mother's Day Out programs, and even in home daycares. Unfortunately, the schools cannot go up fast enough. Preschools are forced to have a waiting list, and Parents are panicking because they don't have a place to bring their children each day. That's where having a nanny can be a saving grace for so many families in a booming city. Having a nanny tends to pinch your pockets more than the typical daycare or preschool. However, when you are in a bind, you do have options!

I first heard about Nanny Share when I was working as a director of a private preschool. Two of the families I toured were on our waiting list but desperately needed to go back to work. They hired one nanny and she cared for both of the families children. The children were able to utilize socialization skills and enjoy the personal attention that only a nanny can give. A nanny share is great because families pay 2/3 of a nanny's rate (more economical for the families!), and the nanny is able to bring home enough money to keep up with our growing economy. Everyone is a winner! The best part of our nanny share program is that we provide curriculum for your nanny to do with your children! We are the only nanny agency that offers this particular program. We'll blog more about our curriculum soon!
